The renewal runs from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2029 and, according to the chair's summary, "will generate a minimum of $93,000 over the term of the lease."
Councilman Lacroix moved to approve the lease and the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Staff confirmed the tenant had been notified of the meeting and had the opportunity to appear online but did not. The committee recorded the motion and completed the item without further amendment or conditions.
