The council also adopted Ordinance No. 26-033, authorizing the director of public service to enter into a contract with Andritz for the rebuild of the Aquascreen at the city’s wastewater treatment plant. Separately, Ordinance No. 26-035 authorizes the mayor to enter into a cooperative agreement for public infrastructure improvements with the Medina County Port Authority and Addison Wadsworth, LLC; that ordinance was adopted after the suspension of the three-reading rule.
