During the second public comment period, Mario Chiancone urged the committee not to adopt rider fees and recommended improving signage for the park.
"Against collecting fees (would discourage riders from attending). Recommended improving signage for the park due to people getting lost," Chiancone said. His remarks were recorded under the public comment portion of the May 7 meeting.
Chiancone's comments were the only public remarks logged in that portion of the agenda; committee members did not take action on fees or signage at the meeting but had previously discussed operational needs and supply coordination during committee comments.
