The Bond County Board approved routine business items at its Sept. 2 meeting, including the minutes of Aug. 19 and Aug. 26 and the bills listed on the Edit Reports dated Sept. 2, 2025. Both motions passed on roll call, each with 4 ayes and 0 nays.
The Board approved Allison Cruthis's request to use the Courthouse lawn for Apple Day on Oct. 4, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; the motion was made by Jeff Rehkemper and seconded by Jacob Rayl and passed 4–0. The Board also approved the Health Department's request to dispose of a 2005 Chevrolet Express van; motion by Jeff Rehkemper, second by Wes Pourchot; roll call was 4 ayes, 0 nays.
The meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m. on a motion by Wes Pourchot, second by Jacob Rayl; the roll call recorded 4 ayes, 0 nays.
