Local recovery group seeks release of opioid settlement funds to buy Mulberry Grove house

The presentation prompted questions from board members about the recovery ranch plans and guidelines; Bond County board member Jacob Rayl asked specifically about the program details and any applicable rules. The board did not take immediate action on the request and directed Timmermann to seek legal and fiscal clarification before further consideration.
