Trustee Kimberly Lawson has moved; city will appoint replacement to finish term

Staff informed trustees that Kimberly Lawson recently moved out of the area and therefore the council will start its appointment process to fill the trustee seat. "Kimberly Lawson moved out of the area," the staff member said, and explained that the city’s normal council-appointment process will identify a replacement who will complete her term.
Staff said they will contact the appointed trustee once the city confirms and will provide an orientation and contact information for ongoing support. The board was told the city prefers terms to end at the same time and that the replacement will simply complete the remainder of Lawson’s term.
