An agency official said, "There's actually a press conference at 05:30 to 07:30, and and then an inaugural tour, actually walking from the train station up to downtown," and noted a separate Sunday panel at MOCA that was not in the original packet. Board members described the program as a community‑building opportunity. The official said the initiative will include public sculptures and urged members to encourage local businesses to participate as sponsors or hosts during the walking tour.
