Summary

The Henry County Public Safety Committee approved its Feb. 12 agenda after Member Kippy Breeden moved to approve it and Member Bob Wachtel seconded; the transcript records "all were in favor and the motion carried." The committee subsequently approved the minutes from its Jan. 15 meeting after Member Thompson moved and Member Wachtel seconded; the transcript again records unanimous approval.
The meeting closed after Member Wachtel moved to adjourn and Member Thompson seconded. The transcript notes that "all were in favor and the motion carried." The roll call recorded at the start of the meeting lists Natalie Hendryx, Bob Wachtel and Kippy Breeden as present and Crystal Strode and Shannon Bumann as absent; the minutes also identify Erin Knackstedt as County Administrator who filed the minutes. The transcript includes Member Thompson making motions though Thompson is not listed on the roll call (see audit).
