Board seeks budget estimate for shed grant; AEP reviewing power-line options

Village Manager Dan Faulkner told the Parks & Recreation Board there was no new update on the community garden drainpipe. He said American Electric Power (AEP) met with village staff in May and "continues to review options" regarding power-line issues and is expected to provide additional information to the village.
Faulkner said he is preparing a grant application to fund a community-garden shed but needs a budget estimate to complete the application. Board member Brian Overley agreed to develop the budget estimate so the grant paperwork can proceed.
