Applicant counsel Harper Robinson said the business will operate by appointment with hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and that employees will park off‑site under a lease with a neighboring property owner.
Councilmembers asked about curb construction versus soft barriers and about ensuring the spray/paint booth was removed from the plan; staff said the spray booth has been removed and that the planning commission will examine details before final approval. The council directed staff to fold the recommended conditions into the resolution to be returned next week.
