Commissioner Dave Gibney pushed back several times: "I'm tired of meeting twice a month," he said, questioning whether there was sufficient urgency to justify the extra meetings. Other members, including Dave McKeirnan, urged flexibility and said they were willing to attempt twice-monthly meetings in spring to avoid a late-year backlog. Staff and the consultant said they would present draft code in April and explore whether the work could be completed with fewer meetings if stakeholders and staff agree.
