City pursues cybersecurity grant while disputing contract with IT vendor VC3

Kim said the Voice contract did not go into effect for over a year after signing and that employees continue to experience IT issues that should have been resolved. The board did not take public action on the contract dispute at the May 7 meeting. Kim also reported non-IT administrative items including that several welcome signs had been stolen and must be replaced.
