Board approves claims, reappoints H.R.A. member and backs insurance change pending union approval

The Insurance Committee recommended switching to PEIP, which presented a 9.9% premium increase compared to MHC's presented 18.4% increase; the Board approved the change to PEIP conditionally, pending union approval.
