Jansen said the city will purchase a premium edition of PosterMyWall for approximately $100 per year to help produce newsletter and social media graphics, and that administrative staff will be trained to use templates so council does not need to manage day‑to‑day posts. Bartkowski and the administrative assistant were described as the likely point people for scheduled social content; the meeting did not adopt a formal social‑media policy.
