Center Soccer Association thanks borough for downtown watch party, invites community to next event

Matt Vidic, a borough resident and board member of Centre Soccer Association (and president of PA West Soccer Association), told council the group's downtown watch party for the U.S. men’s World Cup game had strong turnout and publicly thanked the Downtown Improvement District, borough staff (Leanne Jeffries) and CRPR for donating the screen. "We had a great turnout... it was just a great congregation of all soccer fans to watch that game," he said.
Vidic invited residents to a repeat event scheduled for Friday at 3:00 p.m. and said the association happily coordinates with borough staff and the Downtown Improvement District on such events.
