Advocates urge State College Borough to adopt ordinance protecting immigrants

"ICE has shown to be lawless in its current form," White said, urging local officials to use their authority to protect vulnerable people. Both speakers asked the council to consider drafting a formal ordinance following examples from other Pennsylvania municipalities.
