Harvey County approves $5,000 allocation to STAND youth substance‑abuse prevention program

Commissioner Becky Reimer moved to authorize the allocation; Commissioner Terry Scott seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The allocation was recorded as coming from the Harvey County Alcohol and Drug Program fund.
