Harvey County to issue RFP for 2026 publication of legal notices

The RFP specifies a sealed-proposal deadline of 4:00 p.m. Central on Dec. 12, 2025; proposals will be opened and read into the record at the commission meeting on Dec. 16, 2025, and the county anticipates final consideration by the Board of County Commissioners by Dec. 30, 2025. The RFP references K.S.A. 64-101 concerning designation of an official county newspaper.
