Later the commission voted unanimously (5-0) to issue an Enforcement Order addressing alterations to the Riverfront Area at 182 Chestnut Plain Road (Brooks Family Irrevocable Trust). The Enforcement Order requires cessation of work within 200 feet of the Mill River, contact with the Conservation Agent by June 30, attendance at the July 15 meeting, and submission of a restoration plan by July 31, 2026.
