Committee approves nearly $566,000 technology package for Sherman School renovation

Laughlin reported the Board of Education had met and approved the technology package and then moved that the School Building Committee approve the plans, specifications, project manual and a technology budget not to exceed $565,546 for state project 127-0009 (Sherman School Renovation) and $721.55 for state project 127-0010 (Sherman School Central Administration). A. Maloney seconded and the committee recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
The minutes state the FF&E package has received state approval and the technology package is anticipated to be approved soon as part of the prebid conformance review (PCR). The committee approved the technology documentation and budgets to allow procurement and implementation steps to proceed.
