The Dewey Public Schools board voted to approve a one-time retention incentive payment of $2,000 for all non-certified personnel employed for the 2024–25 school year who are employed on Aug. 30, 2025 and hold a written contract with the district for 2025–26. The board recorded that part-time non-certified employees will receive a pro rata payment.
The motion was moved by David Cleveland and seconded by Amanda Guilfoyle; the minutes record the motion language and a unanimous yes vote from the five board members present.
