He also said nine director‑level design reviews were submitted in May with one approved to date.
Bond noted the department processed a film permit for a predominantly indoor advertising catalog shoot with a few exterior photographs; staff will confirm the exact address if requested. Commissioners asked whether ADU applications are trending upward and Bond said staff would analyze the month‑over‑month data and report back at a future meeting.
