The Atlantic Beach Town Council recorded several unanimous procedural votes on June 15. Councilmember Joey Dean moved to excuse Councilmember Joseph Starling for being out of town on work; Mayor Pro Tem Harry Archer seconded and the motion passed 4-0. Councilmember Austin Waters moved to approve the agenda (seconded by Councilmember Joey Dean); vote 4-0. Councilmember Renea Baker moved to approve the consent agenda (seconded by Councilmember Austin Waters); vote 4-0.
Later in the meeting Councilmember Renea Baker moved to re-appoint five individuals to the Board of Adjustment with terms expiring June 30, 2029; Mayor Pro Tem Harry Archer seconded and the recorded vote was unanimous, 4-0. The minutes note "Vote was unanimous, 4-0. Motion carried." The minutes do not record any roll-call dissent or abstentions; Councilmember Joseph Starling was absent and noted as excused.
