Weber also said she felt threatened by interactions with code enforcement; Olsen committed to improving communication protocols.
The exchange prompted the Mayor to request a specific address from Weber to follow up on property damage after water-company work. Council Member Audrey Pierce thanked Weber for raising issues that reflect broader neighborhood concerns.
