Board adopts CM/GC contracting method for bond remodeling and modernization projects

Board members also heard an update on bond projects from Chad Franke. The resolution authorizes staff to use CM/GC contracting procedures for specified bond work; an opportunity for public comment was provided and none was given during the item.
