Two residents identified as Penny and Shannon, "from Napa," spoke to the board about parking on Wesley Street and said they "prefer that the parking be on the side closest to the store," urging that parking be kept to one side of the street.
Chief Kerr reported that initial congestion on Wesley Street has subsided, possibly due to winter conditions, and the area will continue to be monitored before any additional action is taken. Separately, the board discussed a letter from Sarah Fine Walsh raising safety concerns about snow and ice not being removed on sidewalks next to Haugen Drive and asked to add the topic to old business at the next meeting.
