Board members discussed specific priorities including replacement of portable classrooms, repairs and replacement of roofing, upgrades or replacement of HVAC systems, development or renovation of multi-purpose rooms, and improvements to athletic facilities. No formal action was taken at the special meeting; according to the minutes, "No action was taken; staff will incorporate Board input and bring the final plan back for adoption in the fall." Staff were directed to incorporate Board feedback and return a final plan at a later meeting for formal adoption, leaving funding and timelines to be determined in subsequent budget and planning sessions.
