Town Manager Rob Gaiotti reviewed the planned slideshow and outreach strategy for a Feb. 18 Housing Forum that will present the Jan. 21 meeting recap, draft market‑study findings, housing types, possible target households, and proposed unit counts.
During the session staff emphasized community input will be used to refine unit-count scenarios and housing types. Community Scale told the board it can analyze a specific Raptor Lane project—estimating demand and absorption—if the town provides a clear project outline. Staff and consultants also noted the 2024 HOMES Act as context for potential local accessory dwelling unit regulations that may affect options the town can adopt.
