Borough approves retroactive $5,000 ATV purchase for winter and park work

The purchase will be funded from the Capital Equipment fund and was inspected by Leisure Time in Corry, which reported only normal wear items such as an air filter and fluid changes; possible tires and wheel bearings may be needed later. Councilor Joyce moved approval and Councilor Steadman seconded the motion, which is recorded in the minutes as carried.
