Borough Manager Cindy Wells told council the borough’s total ARPA allocation is $194,413, of which $160,000 had previously been designated toward the Willow Street Bridge. Wells said $25,000 of that bridge designation already had been spent, leaving an available balance of $59,413; council approved the $39,060.20 repair payment at the meeting. "ARPA fund total is $194,413," the minutes report. The motion to approve the expenditure was made by Councilor Joyce and seconded by Councilor Steadman and is recorded as carrying.
