Mayor Brown announced that "all properly audited vouchers are being paid in the amount of $103,935.76." The Committee approved minutes from prior meetings and passed Resolutions 2024-198 through 2024-203, including the appointment of James Pratta as Electrical Inspector (Res. 2024-198) and of Stacy C. Davis as a substitute electrical inspector (Res. 2024-201). The Committee also authorized cancellation of an erroneously assessed land maintenance fee of $409.86 (Res. 2024-200).
All recorded motions on these items were made and seconded on the floor and carried by unanimous vote of Committee members Shaw, Pelura, Bomba, Johnson and Brown. The meeting minutes list each motion with its mover and seconder; no roll-call dissent or abstentions were recorded.
