Council recessed to an executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss litigation with legal counsel, returned, and then moved and approved Resolution 1883 authorizing the mayor to sign the settlement agreement. Joanna stated the settlement contained no monetary obligations for the city.
