Director of Charter Services Nisha Patterson presented staff findings on the Da Vinci RISE charter petition and recommended a five‑year approval.
"Based on our staff findings, our recommendation is for a 5 year, petition approval for Da Vinci RISE," Patterson said during the meeting. Trustees asked for any final discussion; the board proceeded to a vote. Several trustees voted aye while a couple recorded abstentions.
Trustees did not engage in extended debate during the meeting. The matter moved forward with the board's recorded votes and will be reflected in the district's actions and charter records per the resolution attached to the agenda.
