The ordinance states that it shall be in full force and effect after its publication for the March 31, 2026 billing date.
Commissioner Truelove moved to approve Ordinance 1830 as presented; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried. The approved ordinance repeals the old section of the city code and replaces it with the new fee tables and rate schedules.
