In addition, the board approved a consent agenda that included the Nov. 19 minutes, a donation report, commercial warrants for Oct. 29–Dec. 2, personnel reports, several field trips (including a Rio del Mar overnight to the Santa Barbara Zoo and a Rio Vista Channel Islands trip), and other routine items; that consent motion also passed unanimously.
The board recorded each consent-item description in the meeting minutes. President Eisenhauer requested further financial detail on bond fund expenditures over the prior three years as a follow-up item.
