SILO board approves consent agenda including multiple purchase orders and warrants

The SILO Public Schools Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the Feb. 9, 2026 regular meeting, accepting minutes from Jan. 12 and Jan. 20 and routine financial reports. The consent items included general-fund encumbrances and purchase orders including PO #233—245 and change orders for earlier POs; building-fund encumbrances including PO #37—41; and Warrant #2036'065. Chris Cicio moved to accept the consent items and Matt Gamble seconded.
Board roll-call entries in the minutes show Vice President Keith Eppler, Clerk Chris Cicio and Member Matt Gamble recorded as voting yes. Two board members, Sean Bradley and Tabitha Kellam, were listed as absent in the attendance record. The consent agenda covered activity and treasurer's reports and renewals of OKTLE, SEES and McRel for the 2026''027 school year, as well as a General Fund 307 appropriation application request. The motion text and recorded PO and warrant numbers were included in the minutes for the public record.
