Board authorizes contract award to ESS Southeast for substitute staffing (RFP 25-002)

Colonel Guyer made the motion; Earl Campbell seconded. The board did not discuss contract rate specifics during the public meeting; the motion instructs the superintendent to proceed once the protest period ends. "The board authorizes the superintendent to execute a contract with the contractor upon expiration of the protest period," the mover said.
Board members voted in favor without recorded opposition. The procurement item will move to contract execution and then be posted to the district's procurement records in accordance with standard public-contract procedures.
