Bill Gray appointed to Sanilac County drug task force for two-year term

The Sanilac County Board of Commissioners appointed Bill Gray to a two-year term on the county drug task force at the Dec. 17 meeting.
Gray told the board he was finishing a partial term and requested reappointment for continuity on the board that oversees task force operations. He noted an incoming administrative director (Lieutenant Moore from the sheriff's department) and a new prosecutor serving as chair. The board moved and seconded the appointment and carried it by voice vote.
Gray said he "would be a pleasure to continue serving the board at your behest" and the chair and other commissioners offered brief supportive comments before confirming the appointment.
