FA104-24 authorized the purchase of 15 Dell Precision workstations for the administration and treasurer’s offices at $1,223.63 each and 15 Microsoft Office Suite Pro 2024 licenses at $300 each for a total not to exceed $22,854.45, to be paid from the information systems budget. The board approved the motion by voice vote.
FA105-24 authorized 50 rugged Panasonic laptop computers for county public safety units at a unit cost of $1,007.49 (plus Office licenses). The transcript records that funding for the laptops will come in part from 9‑1‑1 emergency services and $12,298.32 from the drug task force; the motion carried by voice vote.
