"I mean, the fields that are under parks and rec purview... the clubhouse down here for baseball, even the field for baseball, you know, lights or no lights, irrigation in the outfield for minors," Randall said, listing irrigation, field rotation and clubhouse improvements as early areas of focus. Committee members cautioned that many projects will be limited by the committee’s default budget status and recommended incremental, lower-cost pilot steps when possible.
