The Committee placed those items on the Board agenda but did not vote on them at the committee level.
At the meeting's close Vice President Steve Boydston moved and President John Wurm seconded the adjournment; the meeting adjourned at approximately 5:19 p.m. Formal Board votes on the listed contracts and elections will occur at the full Board meeting; the Executive Committee minutes do not include contract amounts, bidders, or the identity of the recommended construction contractor for the I&I project.
