Independent auditor issues clean opinion on LACSD FY2023–24 financials

Finance Manager John O'Brien briefly reviewed year-end results previously discussed in September and answered Board questions. The Board voted to accept and file the audit report; the motion passed 4–0 with Director Morris absent.
