The Lake Arrowhead Community Services District Executive Committee on Dec. 2 reviewed the draft Board agenda and asked that the 5th Amendment to the General Manager's contract and the 2025 salary schedules for the MSCEU and the Utility Workers Union be moved from the consent calendar to the action calendar for separate Board votes.
General Manager Catherine Cerri summarized the consent calendar items for the December Board meeting and noted the Highland Sewer Replacement Project No. 214 had been completed under budget. President John Wurm asked that the contract amendment and both union salary schedules be considered individually at the Board meeting rather than approved on consent, signaling the Committee wanted direct Board discussion of personnel and compensation changes. The Executive Committee did not vote on the amendment or the salary schedules at this meeting; it only recommended moving them to the action calendar.
