The board approved a contractor proposal for additional cleanup at area '33' after a site visit and discussion of scope. The approved scope includes perimeter cleanup, removal of dead trees and mulching; an optional scope covers weed-whacker cleanup on a dry retention slope. District Engineer Kurt Heath noted there is a natural wetland in the center of the area and a separate excavated retention zone on the western side.
Maps will be provided to Supervisor Stephen Putman to clarify the CDD property boundary—the area from the wall to the white stakes was identified as CDD property—and the invoice will be paid upon completion. "On MOTION by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Mr. Putman, with all in favor, the proposal for additional cleanup at 33, including the optional scope of work, was approved," the minutes record.
