Board elects officers, removes former assistant secretary

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Dec. 10 adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove district officers. Michael Walsh nominated the slate that named Kathleen Lonergan chair and Arthur Rhodes vice chair; Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman were nominated as assistant secretaries.
The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the assistant secretary role and left prior appointments—Craig Wrathell as secretary and treasurer and Chuck Adams as assistant secretary—unaffected. "On MOTION by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Ms. Vaughan, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-01 ... was adopted," the minutes state. The vote was recorded as unanimous among the five supervisors present.
