"This particular donation was for the survey and the wetlands delineation that needs to take place before we have site plans," a commissioner said during the vote. Commissioners noted Kiwanis has also pledged further funds after plan approval to assist with project costs.
The motion to accept the donation passed on a voice vote and staff recorded the donation for the project budget and next steps in the design and permitting sequence.
