District Manager Chuck Adams said the proposed FY2026 budget is similar to FY2025 but results in "a reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations compared to Fiscal Year 2025," and that the O&M assessment is projected to decrease by $2.88 per unit year-over-year. On motion by Supervisor Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Supervisor Carol Vaughan, the board adopted the resolution unanimously.
