Commissioner Perry moved to extend the payment plan and require a follow-up agreement; Commissioner Bingham seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
Commissioners told Mr. Norman to keep the treasurer and county attorney informed if problems arise and emphasized that the agreement must be updated through official channels.
