The Board of Trustees on Aug. 14, 2025 voted unanimously to approve Ordinance 2025‑07, an amendment to Section 4.5.5 of the town zoning code that changes the section title to "Mechanical/HVAC equipment placement in residential districts" and updates placement rules. Trustee Melody Anderson moved for adoption and Trustee Patrick McCotter seconded; the Planning Commission had forwarded the item with a recommendation for approval.
