A Department of Fire PPE grant of $100,000 to buy turnout gear for volunteer stations was also recommended for acceptance.

The board also considered a draft moral-obligation resolution to support a $1.4 million financing package for a town (identified in packet materials) pending final documentation; the chair asked for authorization to execute related documents subject to review.
